Who is responsible

When you subscribe
- What: your email address, and, only if you choose to give them, your name, role, industry, company and organisation size.
- Why: to send you 4DA, and to understand who reads it so we can write for them.
- On what basis: your consent, given when you confirm your subscription. You can withdraw it with one click in any issue.
- How long: until you unsubscribe. Then your address is removed from the list.
- Where: the subscriber list runs on our own server in the EU. The email is delivered through an email delivery provider, which only processes it to send.
When you visit the site
The site sets no cookies. We count page views with Umami, which runs on our own server, sets no cookies and keeps no personal data. Fonts are served from our own server, so your visit isn't shared with anyone else.
What we never do
- No tracking pixels in the email, and no links that know who clicked.
- No matching of visitors to companies, no fingerprinting, and no third-party analytics or advertising.
- We never sell or share the subscriber list.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it's used, by writing to info@wlknsn.com. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
